6 Color Maximum
If your artwork is unfinished and needs more work, we offer design services at $75/hr
We cannot print anyone else's copyrighted or trademarked property without consent.
Our minimum is 20 pieces per design. Each color/print location will require a screen. Each screen is $40. Screen Fees apply to every order.
We accept cash, checks, and credit cards. Credit cards can be paid through invoice or upon pickup at our shop. You will receive your order as soon as the remaining balance is paid in full.
Turnaround time starts when mockups are approved and 50% deposit is received. We aim to turn jobs around in 3-7 business days. Larger orders could take longer during busier times of the year. There is a $50 rush fee for rush orders. For rush orders, we require an allowance for misprints so please prepare to order extra. If shipping is requested, turnaround time does not include shipping time. We cannot be responsible for out of stock items or shipping delays from the manufacturer. If an item is out of stock we will do our best to find the most similar replacement. If a replacement cannot be found we will be happy to offer you a refund.

We will offer you the best quality screen print on the market. With that said, the T-Shirt you choose matters. We offer the best garments in the industry including NextLevel, Bella Canvas, American Apparel, Alternative Apparel, AS Colour, Gildan, and many more. The type of fabric you choose matters significantly for the look, feel and finish of the print. Combed cotton fabrics are made to print better than basic carded or uncombed cotton. Combed cotton has more of the fiber removed in the knitting process, which means ink will sit much cleaner and smoother after printing. We are not responsible for the garment fit if the order has been placed, approved, printed, and received.
Stock availability varies frequently, and there has been a high increase in manufacture shortages due to the Covid-19 Pandemic. During the ordering process, we will replace any item that is out of stock with the closest similar alternative. If necessary, we will go back to the customer to discuss replacement options.
We provide physical sample prints for orders of 200 or more. For smaller orders we provide digital mockups and will answer any questions you may have.
Misprints and Defects
We do our best to NEVER make mistakes, but as humans operating a manual, hand pulled machine, it can sometimes be inevitable. We highly suggest ordering duplicates in each size. For larger orders we suggest ordering 1-3% extra in each size. If we are left with unused extras from your order after printing, we will keep them in shop and add them into your next order. We will also do our best to catch any manufacturer defects such as holes or stains on shirts before printing. We cannot be responsible for replacing manufacturer defected items.
Customer Supplied Garments
Customer Supplied garments are accepted on the strict understanding that Daydream Print Co. will not accept any liability for any misprints, stains, or damage to the customer supplied garments. We also require that garments are brand new, unwashed and never worn. We will fully inspect garments prior to approval and reserve every right to refuse printing for any reason we find necessary. A 40% increase of our garment decoration rate will be added to all customer supplied garments.
Once apparel order has been placed with the supplier, we do not accept cancellations. 50% Deposit will be non refundable at this point.
